Gathered Muslin Ironing:

The gathered muslin pieces get even more beautiful after washing the first time, as the fabric tends to crinkle into the wavy texture of cotton muslin. There is no need to iron out these crinkles, but you can steam on top of the gatherings after washing, to emphasise the pleats.

This garment is made using the zero waste cutting technique, no fabric waste is generated from this model as the pattern is square. The neckline is slightly higher than usual, as the back and front are equal.
